How long does it take to release the certificates

Certification & Compliance Policy

At SK4L, we prioritize getting your credentials to you as quickly as possible. Please review our standard certification timelines to ensure your workplace remains fully compliant.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Turnaround: We aim to release all certificates to candidates within 7 days of successful course completion.
  • Awarding Body Delays: In rare instances where delays occur within the external awarding organization, processing can take up to 21 days.

What is the maximum number of candidates permitted on a regulated course

Course Capacity & Class Sizes

To maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, all of our accredited courses have strict limits on learner numbers.

  • Maximum Class Size: The maximum capacity for any regulated training course is 12 candidates per instructor.
  • Why this matters: This limit is strictly enforced by our awarding bodies to ensure every learner receives dedicated, hands-on attention from the tutor and adequate practical practice time with the medical equipment. 
  • Larger Groups: If you have more than 12 team members requiring training, please contact us to discuss booking an additional trainer or arranging multiple sessions

What is the minimum number of candidates required for a private business booking

Private Business Bookings: Group Sizes

To ensure a dynamic learning environment and cover operational costs, we require the following group sizes:

  • Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 4 candidates is required to book a private business course at our venue. If we are travelling to your venue the minimum is 10 candidates
  • Maximum Group Size: The maximum capacity is strictly 12 candidates per instructor to meet regulatory safety standards.
  • Small Groups: If you have fewer than 4 learners, please contact us to discuss alternative options or our open-course schedules at our venue.

  • Part 1: Online Theory (At Your Own Pace)
    Candidates complete the theoretical elements of the course online via our interactive e-learning platform. This can be done anytime, anywhere, and can be split into short sessions to fit around work schedules.     
  • Part 2: Face-to-Face Practical Session
    Once the online theory is complete, our trainer meets your team for a shortened, hands-on practical session to master vital life-saving skills like CPR, AED usage, or first aid interventions.
